Decorated
Best for Guests ages 10 and up
Experience runs about 60 minutes

Step into a working commercial kitchen and learn the basics of cake decorating from a professional.
Our chef will demonstrate how to frost a cake, pipe a border and use fondant for decorating.  Then let the creative frostings flow as each Guest decorates their own 31/2 inch mini cake.
Designed for five to twelve guests
1 cake flavor is selected when making the reservation. 
$10 fee per additional cake flavor.

Cookie Capper
Best for Guests ages 4 to 10
Experince runs 60-75 minutes

Hooligan, the cookie bandit, is up to his shenanigans!  He has hidden Chef's rolling pin and we need kid power to help find it.
The SW gang will lead kids and parents on a fun and interactive scavenger hunt throughout the village to find the missing rolling pin.  After the search, it is time to get baking.  Kids will help Chef roll out the dough and decorate the tasty treats.
To say thanks, the folks at SW have prepared a special cookie buffet just for you.  You will take home great memories and some the cookies you made.
Designed for five to ten little Guests
*one adult must participate for every two little Guests

Classic Tart
Best for Guests 14 and up
Experince runs 60-75 minutes

French tarts are known for their simple elegance and heavenly taste.  Work alongside a trained pastry chef and learn the secrets to creating the perfect tart.
Chef will share the recipe and demonstrate how to make our classic sweet dough.  Then, each Guest will roll out and form a 4 inch tart shell.
As the shell bakes, Chef will guide the group in making a lemon filling that will be used in the baked shells to create an edible masterpiece.

SW's Night Out
Looking to do something different?  Let us create a SW night out for you and your friends.  We give the kitchen a lounge feel with a candles, tables, and our red velvet chaise.  Chef will demonstrate the making of our decedent souffle, and then its time to dine and chat.
Make the night a bit more sweet with a tasting from Glunz Winery Tasting Room (additional charge).
